Dear Alumni,
Special thanks to all the alums who were able to make it out to last Wednesday's Young Alum Pub Night. You guys really made it a great event! Special MIT Guest appearances included
Prof. Jing Wang (former Chair of the Foreign Languages Dept.) , Sean Gilbert, Director for the MISTI China Program at MIT, and Melissa Marquardt, special envoy from the MIT Alumni Office.
It was a great night, lots of fun and MIT had the greatest following at the event by far surpassing Harvard and Yale, as well as the few people from Princeton and Tufts who crashed.
I wanted to send out a reminder regarding tomorrow nights event which is organized by a group of Club officers from MIT, Berkeley and Yale.

Every month, young alums from different alumni clubs in Beijing, (particularly MIT, Harvard and Yale) get together for an informal, relaxed pub night at a different venue around Beijing. The Pub Nights are fun events aimed at increasing inter-club relations and expanding the social networks of our MIT alums. Join us!
This month (June):
Kick off the Summer in Beijing by joining us for the MIT/Yale/Harvard Young Alums monthly Pub Night taking place next Wednesday, June 17th 7- 9pm. To change things up a bit, this month's Pub Night is taking place on the roofdeck of the Bridge Cafe in Wudaokou, Haidian District. Last month's roofdeck Pub Night at the Drum and Bell in Dongcheng was brought inside because of the rain so hopefully this time we'll get to enjoy the nice weather!

Location: Wudaokou, Hua Qing Jia Yuan Building 12. The Bridge Cafe is located literally across the street (West) and 50 meters south of the Wudakou subway station.
