Dear MIT Beijing Alumni
Attached are photos from the WRSA MIT Chapter & MIT Club of Beijing event featuring distinguished guest speakers Dr. Yu, Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Prof. Zhang, Executive Director, Institute of Energy, Environment and Economy, Tsinghua University.
A big thank-you to the WRSA MIT Chapter for organizing the event. It was a big success. A combined total of over 60 people turned out for the speeches and lunch.

The Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) MIT chapter is hosting a Spring Festival event. Over 60 people have RSVPed already and spaces are limited. RSVP as soon as possible if you are interested in attending.
- Date: Saturday February 6th
- Time: 9am - 2pm
- Place: 9:30 - 11:30: 5th floor in the office building of the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing. 过程大厦五层报告厅, 中国科学院过程工程研究所大楼（蓝旗营站可以看到大楼上的名字）
- 12:00 - 2pm: Drunken Love Restaurant, south of the Tsinghua University main gate.

- “Nutrition and Health”, by Dr Kang YU, Department of Clinical Nutrition, Peking Union Medical College Hospital;
- “Low-carbon Economy”, by Prof Xiliang ZHANG, Executive Director, Institute of Energy, Environment and Economy, Tsinghua University.
- Lunch Party (12noon to 2pm) in the “Drunken Love Restaurant”, south of the Tsinghua University main gate, about 100 meters away.
You’re all invited to participate. There will be no fee charged for those who have retired; others will need to pay Rmb50/person.
