Special thanks to all the Alumni who made it out to the Dinner and Round Table Discussion with the Chairs of the MIT-China Strategy Group last week. It was a great event with many questions posed by alumni. Assistant Provost Khoury had said to me: "I love this, I love MIT People, this was a real conversation and nobody held anything back".(Group photo is below apologies to those alumni who left early aren't in the picture! )

Dear Alums,
You are cordially invited to attend a meeting to discuss the future of MIT in China at the Tsinghua Science Park Club. In attendance will be the chairs of the MIT-China Strategy Panel, Prof. Victor Zue and Associate Provost Philip Khoury as well as another member of the MIT-China Strategy panel, O'Neil Outar from the MIT Office of Institutional Initiatives.
Professor Zue, a professor in the EECS Dept. and the Director of CSAIL, will be giving a talk with Assistant Provost Philip Khoury on "The MIT / CHINA INITIATIVE: A 20-Year Vision for Shared Innovation". In addition to discussing MIT's past, current and future relationship with China they will also be able to discuss the situation with this year's recently postponed/cancelled China Summit and plans for next year's summit.

Event: Dinner and a Talk with the Chairs of the MIT-China Strategy Group
Price: 100 RMB for just the talk (Young Alums- MIT10 - 50 RMB for the talk), ~200 RMB for the talk and dinner.
